Since when have you been a uvex athlete?
Since my beginnings in the para‑ski alpine team in 1990!
How did you come to uvex?
uvex was already the outfitter of the German national team for people with disabilities! As someone from the Upper Palatinate who lives only 100 km from Fürth, it was a perfect down‑to‑earth connection ;-).
What were your most important achievements so far?
22 medals at the Paralympics from 1992–2010
16x gold, 4x silver, 2x bronze
14x world champion
8x overall World Cup winner
2011 World Disabled Athlete
2016 induction into the Hall of Fame of German Sports as the first para‑athlete
