Factor26 GmbH was established in 2018 as a joint venture between the uvex safety group, as majority shareholder, and online retailer ACE Technik. The company specializes in placing and marketing uvex safety products across leading digital marketplaces worldwide. Its core competencies include global e‑commerce and marketplace operations, B2C content creation and enhancement, as well as advertising and performance marketing.
On August 1, 2020, Factor26 GmbH was integrated into the consolidation group of the uvex safety sub-group. Two years later, in 2022, Factor26 GmbH was reassigned to the fourth sub-group of the uvex group, UD2C. As a result, the company’s mandate for placement and marketing was expanded to include all brands and product ranges of the corporate group.
