In 2001, uvex Arbeitsschutz acquired a stake in the Polish company INTEGRA SAFETY, which specialised in the distribution of personal protective equipment from various manufacturers. In 2006, the company moved into a new building constructed specifically for its use.
uvex Arbeitsschutz GmbH acquired a stake in the Polish company INTEGRA SAFETY, which, up until that point, had been selling protective equipment from various manufacturers.
When the office building in Kędzierzyn-Koźle became too small, the decision was made to build the new office right next to the warehouse, which had previously been several kilometres away. The warehouse was also renovated and expanded.
After two years of construction, the new office building in Większyce was ready for occupation.
The new building was officially opened in March 2006 – with Michael Winter, Stefan Brück, Georg Höfler, Frank Seuling and Artur Wieczorek in attendance.
In April 2016, the organisation’s 15th anniversary was celebrated with a gala dinner in Poznań.
Work on extending the premises began in 2019 and was completed in 2020. An additional storey was added to the extended office building, creating space for three further offices, a meeting room, a kitchen and toilets.
uvex safety Polska has been taking part in Poland’s largest occupational health and safety trade fair since 2004. The SAWO trade fair takes place every two years, and the company has won the award for the best stand every year.
